Is this HIPAA-compliant?
All AI tools and workflows covered in this cohort are approached with HIPAA compliance as a baseline — not an afterthought. We cover which AI tools are appropriate for PHI-adjacent workflows, how to build compliant prompt structures, and how to establish documentation standards your licensing board will recognize. That said, you are responsible for confirming compliance within your specific jurisdiction and practice context.
How much time does this require each week?
Plan for approximately 2–3 hours per week: 60–90 minutes for the live session, and 60–90 minutes to implement your session deliverable. This cohort is built around implementation — each week has a concrete deliverable, not just homework. The goal is that you leave each session with something already partially built.
What if I can't attend a live session?
Sessions will be recorded. You'll have access to the recording and materials. That said, the live cohort format — where you build alongside other practice owners and get direct feedback from Tracie — is the core value. If you know your schedule won't allow consistent live attendance, book a call and let's talk through whether this cohort is the right fit right now.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to benefit from this cohort?
No. The cohort starts from the assumption that you're a skilled clinician and practice owner — not a technologist. The AI tools covered are accessible, practical, and chosen specifically because they have a reasonable learning curve for busy practice owners. Comfort with email and basic software is sufficient. No coding, no technical background required.
