What Nobody Told You

You learned how to help people.
Nobody taught you how to run the business.

You were trained to sit across from someone on the hardest day of their life and know what to do. Nobody sat you down and explained payroll, or an aging report, or what to pay a clinician so the practice still works at the end of the month. So when the business side gets hard, it lands like something you should have already known.

That's not a personal failure. It's a gap nobody trained you to fill. I can help you fill it.

The Rules Are Changing Fast

People used to find a therapist by searching and scrolling. Now a lot of them ask an AI assistant, and it hands back three names.

That's not a marketing problem. That's a systemic shift happening right now, and most practice owners don't see it coming.

There's a name for getting found in those AI answers: GEO, or Generative Engine Optimization — making sure your practice shows up when someone asks an AI assistant for a therapist.

I can help you get found again.

Burnout Is Not a Meditation Problem

When the schedule is too full, the notes are three days behind, and the money still doesn't work, no amount of breathing exercises touches it.

It's a problem with the system itself. And problems like that need real fixes, not more self-care recommendations.

The Structural Burnout Framework starts by naming what's actually driving it, so you're fixing the right thing.

This isn't a mindset problem. It's a problem with how the work is built — and the solution is operational knowledge, proven frameworks, and the fluency to use the tools that are available right now.

Tracie Penunuri

About Tracie

I made every mistake first, so you don't have to.

I started as a solo practitioner and built it into a multi-location group practice, then sold it in 2025. I learned the business side the expensive way, in real time, while seeing clients and raising five children.

The Integration Institute is what I wish I'd had when I started — the specific, operational, hard-won experience no class and no pep talk ever gave me, in a format that gives you what you need when you need it, whether that's one hour on the thing you're stuck on or a full program that rebuilds how your practice runs.

A financially strong practice serves more clients, can focus on creating a great work environment, and sustains the mission longer. Grad school gave you the heart. A head for business is necessary too. I can help with that.

How We Teach

Three things that never change here.

01

Immediately Actionable

Every program, workshop, and resource leaves you with at least one thing you can do this week. Information alone is not the deliverable. You leave with a plan, not just a perspective.

02

Structural Diagnosis First

Burnout, cash flow gaps, turnover — these are built-in problems with operational fixes. We name the external contributors first. We never imply the practice owner is the problem.

03

Experience Is the Credential

Generic information gets commoditized by AI. Specific, operational, hard-won experience does not. Everything taught here keeps the real numbers, timelines, and mistakes intact.

Programs

Start where you are.

Whether you're getting compliant, getting found, or planning your exit, there's a program here for exactly that.

Questions

Before you decide

Which program is right for me?

Start with the free training. It works on its own, and it will make clear whether the supervision training or the AI work is your next step. If you're already running a multi-clinician practice, reach out and we'll talk it through.

Are CEUs available?

Yes. The Utah Supervision Training carries 8 CEUs and the Re-Integrate retreat carries 10 live CEUs, including ethics and clinical supervision. Both are sponsored by the Utah Social Work Association. Always confirm CEU eligibility with your own licensing board.

What's the difference between the free training and the $57 one?

The free one is The Bottleneck May Be You, about what's actually slowing your practice down. The $57 one is the AI training — what AI search means for how clients find you, and five things you can start using this week.

What is GEO?

Generative Engine Optimization. It's making sure your practice shows up when someone asks an AI assistant for a therapist, the same way SEO made sure you showed up in a search.

Is your training state-specific, or does it apply nationwide?

Both, depending on the piece. Business operations, leadership, financial systems, and AI fluency work for practice owners anywhere. The only state-specific parts are CEU eligibility and supervision or licensing requirements, which always follow your own board.

Do you offer Spanish-language programs?

Tracie is bilingual in English and Spanish. Spanish-language delivery is in development — join the email list and you'll hear when it's available.

Not sure where to start?

Start with the free training. It costs you an hour and it will tell you which part of your practice is actually the constraint.
