The Integration Institute LLC ("The Integration Institute," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains what information we collect when you interact with our website, programs, and communications, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you interact with The Integration Institute, we may collect the following types of information:

Information you provide directly:

  • Name, email address, and any contact details you provide when registering for a webinar, enrolling in a program, joining a waitlist, or contacting us
  • Professional information such as license type, license number, practice name, and state of practice (collected for CEU eligibility and program tailoring)
  • Information you share in program intake forms, evaluations, or written communications
  • Voluntary testimonials and feedback submitted through forms such as Senja

Information collected automatically:

  • Website usage data (pages visited, time on site, referring URLs) collected via standard analytics tools
  • Cookies and similar technologies used by our website platform (Kajabi) to remember your preferences and improve your experience
  • IP address and browser information

Recordings of live sessions:

  • If you participate in a live cohort session, your voice, image, name, screen shares, and contributions may be captured in the session recording. The Program Participation Agreement governs how those recordings are used.

How We Use Your Information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • To deliver programs, services, and communications you have requested
  • To send program-related emails, including session reminders, materials, and follow-up communications
  • To issue CEU certificates and verify professional credentials
  • To improve our programs, content, and website
  • To send occasional marketing communications about new programs (you may opt out at any time)
  • To respond to inquiries and provide customer support
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate our business, including Kajabi (course delivery, payments, email), Google Workspace (Forms, Meet, Drive), and Senja (testimonials). These providers process information on our behalf and are obligated to protect it.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Integration Institute, our participants, or others.
  • Business transfers: If The Integration Institute is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before any such transfer.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and analyze usage. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

Your Choices

You have the following choices regarding your information:

  • Email communications: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of each email. Transactional emails (program access, payment confirmations, session reminders) cannot be unsubscribed from while you are an active program participant.
  • Marketing use of session recordings: Program participants may opt out of identifiable marketing use of session recordings by indicating so on the intake form or by emailing tracie@theintegrationinstitute.com. Opt-out applies to public marketing only and does not affect cohort playback or course use.
  • Access, correction, and deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing tracie@theintegrationinstitute.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Program records (including completion records for CEU purposes) are retained for at least 7 years after program completion. Inactive contact records may be deleted on a rolling basis.

Children's Privacy

Our programs and services are intended for adults (18 and older) and licensed professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email to active participants.
