For Utah supervisors trained before the May 2026 rule change
Already trained?
DOPL still expects you to know.
The clinical supervision rule changed in May 2026. Your prior training still counts. But everything that changed since then — the group supervision caps, the 30-day DOPL filing, what belongs in your contract, the new notes and evaluations — is still on you to know, and to do right.
One evening. We'll cover all the updates. You'll be able to supervise with more confidence.
Tuesday, November 17, 2026
4:00 – 8:00 PM Mountain Time · Live virtual on Google Meet
Early bird: $124 for the first 20 seats — use code EARLYBIRD at checkout.
4 CE hours · 1 ethics
All 4 count toward your 6-hour ongoing clinical supervision CEU requirement.
✓ DOPL approved training
✓ Certificate of completion
✓ 60-day recording access
One evening with Tracie. Workbook + full resource hub included.
DOPL isn't making you retake training. They're expecting you to keep up.
Your prior training still counts. DOPL hasn't required anyone to re-train. But under the new rule, every supervisor is 100% responsible for knowing what changed — and for supervising accordingly. They're expecting you to keep up with all the updates.
One evening, we'll cover them all. Our workbook is included so you can take notes and have the ongoing resource too.
Who this is for
Built for supervisors who were trained before May 2026
This is for you if:
- ✓You completed your clinical supervision training before May 26, 2026
- ✓You're actively supervising, or you're about to be
- ✓You want to know exactly what changed — not guess at it, not piece it together
This isn't for you if you trained with The Integration Institute after May 2026 — you already have this material. We have Follow-up Training Calls built for you instead. Or if you're brand new to supervision — our full 8-hour Utah Supervisor Training is where to start.
What you'll walk away knowing
Everything that changed, in one evening
Group supervision, done right.
The current cap on supervisees in a group session — and how many group sessions can count toward supervision hours.
The 30-day DOPL filing.
What you have to submit, who's responsible for sending it, and what happens if it's late.
Your supervision contract.
What belongs in it under the new rule, how long it actually runs, and what to do once it's signed. We'll show you our free Contract Builder.
Supervision notes and competency evaluations.
What to document, what to sign, and when — with filled-in examples you can model from.
The forms.
All of them. What goes where, and how to complete them without second-guessing.
Where to go when you're not sure.
The public resources that answer your 'wait, is this right?' questions after the training ends.
4 CE hours · 1 ethics · DOPL approved training
You'll earn 4 live continuing education hours, including 1 ethics hour, for attending live. All 4 hours count toward your 6-hour ongoing clinical supervision CEU requirement. The Integration Institute is listed on DOPL's public Approved Training Programs page.
Live attendance for the full evening is required for CE credit. The recording is there for review, not for credit.

What supervisors say
From our 8-hour Utah Supervisor Training
“All of the information about the new and updated rules and expectations from DOPL. I loved how much fun Tracie has just being herself and teaching the material.”
Kelly Page, CMHC · Flourish Therapy Inc.
“A clear understanding of the changes and requirements. The knowledge the trainers brought and their approachability for questions.”
Gina Shuster, LCSW · Alpenglow Counseling and Wellness
“We're basically given a step-by-step process, the workbook is wonderful, I learned new things, and I love that we're not disconnected after the training — we have ongoing support where we can ask questions.”
Sara Joglar, LCSW · Ogden, UT
“The level of knowledge and engagement of the trainers, slides, materials, videos, workbook, breakout sessions — SUCH A GREAT TRAINING!!! Very engaging, interactive, informative, and they gave great examples and metaphors to help illustrate points.”
Megan Berlin, LCSW · Roosevelt, UT

Common questions
The things supervisors ask first
Is this the same as your 8-hour Utah Supervisor Training?
No. The 8-hour training is for supervisors who need the full course — new supervisors, or supervisors who want the complete current curriculum. This 4-hour session is for supervisors already trained before May 2026 who need to catch up on what's changed.
Can I watch the recording instead of attending live?
You can rewatch after. But CE credit requires live attendance. If you need the CE, plan to be there live.
What's your refund policy?
Purchases are final. If you can't make it, we're glad to transfer your seat to another date at no cost, or send you the recording — your choice.
I'm a past TII graduate — should I take this?
Probably not — you already have this material. If you want more depth or new material, our Follow-up Training Calls are built for you (past graduates get the first two calls free). Email us and we'll point you to the right thing.
Is this legal advice?
No. This is clinical supervision training grounded in the current Utah rule (R156-60e). For specific legal questions about your supervision situation, consult a licensed attorney.
If you've been quietly wondering what you don't know yet
You're not behind. You're responsible.
That's a reason to come find out, not a reason to feel bad about it. Four hours on a Tuesday evening, with the forms in front of you and the workbook to keep after. You'll walk away sure.
I hope you'll join us.
