You bring it to life.
This is Utah’s 8-hour clinical supervisor training — the course every designated supervisor in the state now needs before they can sign off on associate hours. It’s mapped to the finalized R156-60e requirements, carries 8 CEUs, and comes with a complete trainer toolkit. You won’t write a thing from scratch.
A ready-to-deliver curriculum
Eight modules, fully built and DOPL-aligned. We hand you the slides, the facilitator guide, and the full toolkit. Your job is to teach it well, not to design it.
Your experience in the room
You facilitate the day, answer the real questions supervisors bring, and send people out feeling ready and confident — not just compliant.

The content is built to be useful and genuinely enjoyable to teach — real scenarios, modern tools, and systems supervisors can use Monday morning.

Sessions you could teach
Trainings are scheduled around your availability. Here’s what’s on the calendar now — a mix of live in-person days across Utah and live (synchronous) webinar sessions.

What this position looks like
A flexible, well-paid teaching role that fits alongside your clinical work — not on top of it.
Part-time and per-training
You teach when it works for you. Each training runs as two 5-hour blocks or one full day — scheduled around your life.
$650 per full-day training (1099)
A flat, all-inclusive rate for a full 8-hour training; shorter trainings at a lower agreed rate. A straightforward 1099 contract — you keep your own practice and independence.
Mostly in person, some live webinar
Primarily in-person trainings across Utah, with some live (synchronous) webinar sessions. All delivery is live — never self-paced.
Bring it to your own community — and earn by referral
Want to host the training in your area? Wonderful. And through December 2026 you can earn a 4% referral bonus on people you bring who register and attend.

The current role runs through the end of the year — with more opportunities as we add to the course catalog.

Is this you?
A fully licensed Utah clinician
LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, psychologist, or equivalent — licensed and in good standing in Utah.
Real supervision experience
You’ve supervised clinicians and you know what the work actually asks of a supervisor day to day.
Someone people lean toward
Warm, engaging, genuinely good with a group. People feel comfortable learning from you.
Teaching experience is a bonus
Helpful, but not required. If you’ve got the experience and the warmth, we’ll help you shine in the room.

Tracie built, scaled, and successfully exited a large multi-clinician outpatient group practice. She knows what supervision looks like when it’s not a classroom exercise — when there are real caseloads, real crises, and real documentation audits.
As founder of The Integration Institute, she designs supervision training that respects clinicians’ time and meets every DOPL requirement. As a trainer, you’d be joining a team that takes the quality of the work — and the people delivering it — seriously.
