The Integration Institute's Advanced Business Strategies for Healthcare

A two-day intensive training for healthcare leaders ready to scale strategically
November 7–8, 2026 β€’ Park City, Utah β€’ Limited to 12 participants β€’ In-person

The Challenge: Managing Growth Without Losing Your Way

These look like separate problems and feel personal. They are neither β€” and they are both measurable and changeable.

Scaling Creates Complexity

Every new hire, location, or service line adds layers. How do you grow without losing the culture and values that got you here?

Systems Don't Scale by Themselves

What worked for five clinicians breaks at fifteen. Your operational playbook needs to evolve as your practice grows β€” or your margins disappear and your team burns out.

Culture Gets Harder to Maintain

You built something people want to be part of. Growth tests that culture. Without intentional leadership systems, you lose the intangible assets that made you different.

Craft a scalable business model that doesn't sacrifice your values

  • πŸš€
Exit ready or poised to scaleβ€”your choice, your timeline

Meet Your Trainer β€” Tracie Penunuri

Tracie Penunuri, LCSW

"Built it. Scaled it. Sold it. Now I teach it."

I spent years building a behavioral health practice from nothing β€” through five children, fifty-plus surgeries, impossible insurance audits, and every mistake you can make in practice ownership. In 2025, I sold it β€” a thriving multi-location group practice I'd built and led for almost a decade.

The Integration Institute is everything I wish I'd had access to from day one. Now, I'm building the roadmap for healthcare leaders like you who are ready to scale strategically without sacrificing your sanity or your values.

CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE

  • βœ“ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • βœ“ Utah State-Approved Clinical Supervisor
  • βœ“ Adjunct Faculty, University of Utah
  • βœ“ Bilingual: English and Spanish
  • βœ“ Founder & former CEO, multi-location behavioral health practice (sold 2025)
  • βœ“ KSL News Mental Health Contributor
  • βœ“ Podcast Guest & Contributing Author
  • βœ“ Curriculum Developer

Tracie brings real-world experience to every session. She doesn't teach theory from a distance β€” she's been in the room where the money conversation happens, where a team member quits unexpectedly, where you have to choose between growth and sanity. Her training brings real solutions, not borrowed frameworks.
